The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a lovely area, right by promenade, bus and tram stops within meters of the front door, Blackpool and a tram stop. I had double room with windows overlooking street and exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was great, the staff was perfect!

We had an amazing stay at a lovely B&B by the seaside. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The entire place was spotless and our room was very comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious and filling full English breakfast in addition to a variety of other choices. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and full of character, from the bedrooms to the breakfast room and bar area. The little extra touches, like extra teabags in the room, were much appreciated. We can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back.
